We are very excited to share with you the birth of the first LaCena by Nola Chef's Club. This club represents a big step forward in our commitment to offer a unique gastronomic experience to our customers.
The LaCena by Nola Chef's Club brings together our chefs from all over the world to create new dishes together and share ideas in order to shape our new menu that will be released in the next year 2024.
Our idea is to create a much fresher menu, with more vegetarian and healthy options, but also to improve our customers' favorite dishes. We believe that this club will help us achieve this in a more effective and, above all, much more fun way. As we have already mentioned, the LaCena by Nola Chef's Club is made up of chefs from all over the world, which makes it super interesting to share ideas from different gastronomic cultures.
In these meetings, which take place once a month, our chefs work and propose dishes for each of the options on our menu: breakfasts, soups, salads, main courses, desserts, etc. Once the dishes are prepared, they are tasted by everyone and decisions are made on how to improve them or how to include them for our customers, thus creating a teamwork.
At the moment, these meetings are producing incredible results that we are sure you will love. We are confident that, with the LaCena by Nola Chef's Club, we will create an even more unique and memorable gastronomic experience for all our customers.
